BI (Business Intelligence)


BI (Business Intelligence) is the most powerful management tool for business data analysis. Ideal for middle and high level managers, this tool enables the formation of various reports and data analysis, which then enable the process of making programmed and unprogrammed decisions, but are an ideal basis for adopting new strategies.

In a time of increasing globalization and at a time when competition is growing, the use of such a tool is a real competitive advantage due to the fact that the data is one click away.

As a tool, but also a broader concept, BI provides analysis and reports, improves the quality of data available to the company because they are now structured and done data, allows easier comparison with previous periods, improves the adaptation to new market developments because with fast access to useful data enables fast decision making and strategies. Thanks to these advantages, which are only part of the range, the company significantly reduces the costs that would arise due to making decisions based on inaccurate and erroneous data.

With the tools for extraction, transformation and copying (ETL) of the source data from the transaction databases in the "Data Warehouse" (in the so-called OLAP databases), in the basic version of the BI solution we provide the following dimension tables: 


Items, with all attributes (subgroup / group, brand, division, product manager, all divisions, principal supplier, tariff, barcode, major unstructured parent data). By agreement in the dimension table any attribute can be added to the data from the transaction database, in this case from the table of items. 


Clients, with all attributes (type of client, region, city, all divisions, more important unstructured parent data, whether it is a supplier). This also includes points of sale (facilities, markets in which it is delivered, for example at supermarket chains).


In the basic version, the following data tables are formed that are filled with ETL tools (reports that you receive):


Sale with current stock

Sales and sales comparison by years

Zero sales report

Customers without sales

Report on analysis of sales - returns

Column report, expenditure according to returned goods, expenditure according to approvals, percentage of expenditure

Sold - returned

Report as an item card with the ability to filter by document type

Cash & carry report (Groups by month and org. Units and group of passengers)

Sales Report from Micro Sales (These are separate org Units)

Organic unit sales report with ORC (including approvals)
