What is the E-Invoice system?

In preparation for the introduction of the E-Invoice system in the Republic of North Macedonia, we would like to inform you in good time about the preparations and prerequisites required for its use.

E-Invoice is a system established by the Public Revenue Office (UJP) that will enable the electronic issuing, receiving and processing of invoices in line with the new legal and technical requirements.

To ensure that your company is ready to use the system on time, certain prerequisites must be met and the appropriate actions must be completed.

Public consultation

Draft Law on E-Invoice

The Draft Law on E-Invoice has been published on the Single National Electronic Register of Regulations (ENER). All interested parties may review it and participate in the public consultation by submitting their opinions, proposals and comments.
